Typical timeline: 4–6 weeks
how we work
A clear process from brief to results.
No surprises. No vague timelines. Just a structured approach that's been refined to deliver the best results, every time.
01
Discovery
Week 1
We listen before we create.
Before we open a design tool, we spend time understanding your business, your customers, your competitors, and your goals. This isn't a tick-box exercise — it's the foundation everything else is built on.
Deliverables
- Stakeholder interview
- Competitor landscape review
- Target audience definition
- Goals and success metrics
- Current website audit (if applicable)
02
Research & Strategy
Week 1–2
Data informs every decision.
We research your target keywords, your local search landscape, and your competitors' strengths and weaknesses. Then we turn that research into a clear strategy — your site architecture, messaging hierarchy, and conversion plan.
Deliverables
- Keyword research report
- Site architecture plan
- Messaging framework
- Conversion pathway design
- Technical requirements brief
03
Design
Week 2–3
Design that earns trust.
We design for your customers, not for design awards. Every visual decision is tested against the strategy. You'll review high-fidelity mockups before a line of code is written — and you'll have full input.
Deliverables
- Wireframes and user flows
- High-fidelity desktop designs
- Mobile designs
- Interactive prototype
- Design review session
04
Development
Week 3–5
Built for performance and scale.
We build on WordPress with clean, optimised code. Every site is built mobile-first, speed-optimised, and SEO-ready out of the box. We also set up your analytics and any automations agreed at the strategy stage.
Deliverables
- WordPress development
- Mobile-first responsive build
- SEO foundations implemented
- Analytics setup
- Automation integration
05
Launch
Week 5–6
A smooth, stress-free launch.
Before we go live, we run a full pre-launch checklist — performance, accessibility, SEO, forms, tracking. We handle the technical migration and make sure everything is working perfectly on launch day.
Deliverables
- Pre-launch QA checklist
- Domain and hosting migration
- Google Search Console setup
- Google Business Profile optimisation
- Admin training session
06
Growth & Support
Ongoing
We don't disappear after launch.
The best websites are living things. We offer ongoing support, monthly reporting, and growth recommendations — helping you understand what's working and what to do more of.
Deliverables
- Monthly performance report
- Search ranking tracking
- Content recommendations
- Technical maintenance
- Growth strategy calls
Common questions
Can I manage the website myself after launch?
