Play2Train
Scope
Play2Train is a dog training business based in Steelend, near Dunfermline, offering group and one-to-one sessions using positive reinforcement methods. The business needed a clean and approachable website to establish trust with dog owners, showcase training services, and encourage bookings from local clients. With a new location in a repurposed football stadium, Play2Train wanted a website that highlighted their unique space, friendly expertise, and dedication to canine well-being.
Process
We developed a responsive single-page landing site in WordPress using Elementor, prioritising clarity, warmth, and ease of navigation. The layout was structured to guide users through a clear journey — from learning about the trainer’s background and methods to viewing session options and submitting a contact form. We incorporated real photos of the space and dogs in training to create authenticity, while focusing on mobile responsiveness, clear call-to-actions, and SEO basics to help increase visibility on local search results. Special attention was given to accessible language, a calm visual style, and simplified user flows.
Outcome
The final site gave Play2Train an online presence that reflects their personality and professionalism. Within weeks of launch, the site ranked on the first page of Google for key terms such as “puppy training Dunfermline,” helping attract new local clients. The website supports a more streamlined client inquiry process and provides clear, trustworthy information to dog owners who are considering training. As Play2Train continues to grow, the site serves as a strong foundation for future updates, booking features, and community engagement.
Citizens Rights Project
Scope
Citizens’ Rights Project is a Scottish charity that provides information, advice, and support for EU nationals and their family members living in Scotland post-Brexit. The organization needed a modern and accessible website design that would communicate clearly across multiple languages, maintain trust with diverse audiences, and improve navigation across key content areas including events, resources, and support services.
Process
We designed a fully responsive multi-page interface in Figma, focusing on clarity, inclusivity, and user experience. The design includes layouts for the homepage, blog, services, and contact pages — all structured to present content in a clean and digestible format. Particular attention was paid to typographic hierarchy, accessibility guidelines, and a design system that would ensure consistency across desktop and mobile devices. The design was handed over to the client’s development team for implementation.
Outcome
The final Figma prototype delivered a polished, accessible user interface that aligned with the charity’s goals and branding. By providing detailed layouts and reusable components, we supported a smoother development process and helped set the foundation for a future-ready digital presence. The design enhances the organization’s ability to engage its audience and communicate its mission more effectively online.
Ma Vezi Platform “Do You See Me? Believe Me. Stand by Me.”
Scope
Ma Vezi is a digital platform developed by the National Agency for Child Protection in Moldova to increase transparency, accountability, and citizen engagement in monitoring child protection services. The platform needed a multilingual, accessible, and trustworthy interface that could serve both professionals and the general public. The goal was to ensure users could easily report concerns, access resources, and follow up on submitted cases — all in a secure and approachable environment.
Process
We designed a clean, responsive interface in Figma, with a focus on clarity, security, and intuitive user flows. The design system included layouts for public pages, a user dashboard, report forms, and a searchable database. Visual consistency was ensured through a neutral color palette, iconography, and simplified content structure, making it easy to navigate for users of varying digital literacy levels. Language accessibility and compliance with institutional branding were core priorities throughout the process.
Outcome
The final design enabled the development team to implement a functional and user-friendly platform that supports Ma Vezi’s mission of transparency and collaboration in child protection. By focusing on usability, accessibility, and responsiveness, the project delivered a public tool that invites trust and participation. The interface now serves as a bridge between citizens and authorities, promoting safer, more responsive services for children and families across Moldova.
