3. Services & Scope

  • Branding & logo design

Details such as deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a proposal or agreement.


4. Quotes & Proposals

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise

  • Projects begin upon client approval and deposit receipt

  • Changes to the scope may result in updated pricing or timelines


5. Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before work starts

  • Final payment is due upon project completion or site handover

  • Late payments over 7 days may incur a 5% late fee

  • Accepted methods: UK bank transfer (preferred) or PayPal (by request)


6. Revisions & Feedback

  • Each service package includes a defined number of revisions

  • Additional revisions or new requests beyond scope may incur extra charges

  • Timely feedback is required to keep the project on schedule


7. Ownership & Portfolio Rights

  • You own the final deliverables upon full payment

  • We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise

  • You are responsible for licensing any third-party assets (images, fonts, etc.) you ask us to use


8. Hosting, Tools & Maintenance

  • We may recommend third-party services (e.g. hosting, plugins, analytics tools), but we’re not liable for their performance or downtime

  • Maintenance is not included unless specified in a separate maintenance agreement

  • We’re not responsible for issues resulting from changes made by others after delivery


9. Timelines

  • We aim to meet timelines as outlined in proposals

  • Delays caused by client inaction (e.g. missing content, unresponsive communication) may push deadlines and/or result in extra charges


10. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Projects can be cancelled at any time by the client

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • If work completed exceeds the deposit value, we reserve the right to invoice the remaining amount

  • We may terminate projects due to non-cooperation, abuse, or breach of terms


11. Disclaimers & Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any damages (direct, indirect, incidental) arising from use of our website or services

  • Failures related to third-party tools, plugins, or hosting services

  • Business losses resulting from design, functionality, or performance issues post-handover

All services are provided “as is” without warranties unless expressly stated in writing.
